Turner Breaks Ground on Osceola Parkway

On Friday, October 2, at 9 a.m., representatives from Turner Construction — as well as some of their subcontractors and officials from Osceola County Government — held a ceremony to officially break ground on the Osceola Parkway widening project, between the Florida Turnpike and Buenaventura Blvd.

Shovels lined up for the ground breaking ceremony.

One of the shovels in use at the ceremony was from the original ground breaking when Osceola Parkway was originally constructed.

Macbeth will be providing monthly progress aerials of the project, as well as occasional ground photos of the work being completed.  The stretch of road is 1.25 miles long, and will be shot in 10 sections each month.
